Seattle grunge band Perl Jam reached #1 with the highly-anticipated album Vs. The album gave us "Go", "Daughter", "Animal", and "Dissident". Front man Eddie Vedder moved from San Diego to Seattle to join the group who played its first show under the name Mookie Blaylock in October 1990.
